Creating change requires 2 intertwined components – the rational and the emotional. This workshop will help field trainers master the 3 behaviors that are essential to making the emotional connection in training: Presence, Patience, and Perspective.

Maja has enjoyed a celebrated career in the pharma and biotech industry for over 20 years. Co-facilitating the workshop is our very own Jill Fenton, President of Quantum Learning.
