3 Behaviors That Will Make You a More Effective Field Trainer

Creating change requires 2 intertwined components – the rational and the emotional. No matter how powerful the rational argument, until you change the way a person feels, you will not be able to change their behavior in a lasting way. This workshop will help field trainers master the 3 behaviors that are essential to making the emotional connection in training: Presence, Patience, and Perspective.

This workshop will be led by Maja Nelson, Senior Director of Training & Development at Actelion Pharmaceuticals, who is currently responsible for the design and delivery of innovative training solutions at Actelion Pharmaceuticals. Maja has enjoyed a celebrated career in the pharma and biotech industry for over 20 years. Co-facilitating the workshop is our very own Jill Fenton, President of Quantum Learning. Jill has been a world-class provider of sales training for over 70 new product launches across 30 therapeutic areas in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sales. This workshop is not to be missed!

Challenging the Status Quo without Blowing up the Relationship

Sometimes your brand’s biggest competitor is not another product. It’s the mindset that is deeply held by the physician, mid-level practitioners, and/or other staff members in a practice. How do you empower your sales reps to appropriately challenge the status quo without disrupting their relationships or their clinical credibility? This workshop will take you through a journey of partnering with the brand team and sales leadership to develop a customer engagement model that grew the brand by appropriately challenging the physician’s mindset and behavior in a way that actually elevated the rep’s clinical credibility and deepened their relationships.

This workshop will be led by Fred Marshall, CEO and Founder of Quantum Learning, who has consulted with and provided advanced sales, marketing, and innovation training solutions to some of the world’s most highly respected corporations, including: Apple, Genentech, Biogen, Pfizer, Merck, General Electric, IBM, AT&T, GlaxoSmithKline, Amgen, Aventis, Novartis, and J&J to name a few. We hope you can join!
