  • Identify key stakeholder involvement, from conception to implementation, for a successful training workshop.
  • Develop pull-through materials right in the workshop—made for the field, by the field.

About the Presenters

Michelle Soto – Commercial Training and Development Manager at Genentech
Michelle is a Commercial Training and Development Manager at Genentech, where she leads two training teams within Immunology and Ophthalmology. She received her BS in Education from the Pennsylvania State University. Michelle has been in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical Sales industry for 20 years in a variety of roles, from customer-facing to delivering holistic sales training programs. She had the unique opportunity to design and launch community mobilization initiatives to innovatively address health needs of women and girls in economically disadvantaged areas of Kenya. Michelle is passionate about learning and constantly seeks ways to excel the training experience to drive results-oriented behavior change.

Angela Allen – Director of Customer Experience of Quantum Learning, Inc.
Angela is the Director of Customer Experience at Quantum Learning Inc., where she takes pride in collaborating with clients to design, develop, and deliver innovative, behavior-based customer engagement skills training programs.

Angela has 10 years of experience designing strategic learning solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, including selling skills training, sales model roll-outs, sustainability training, and complete launch training programs. Her experience includes roles as a strategist, instructional designer, content writer, and project manager. She has a degree in Communications from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
